It could be scratched. if not then check if ur other games work, if it does then the problem is with ur Cod game. if thats the case then u would have to buy a new game.
I recommend you check the black side of the discs for any circles. It depends on what error it gives. Depending on what it shows I recommend you look up on google for solutions. One solution I have is that you borrow a friend’s and install the game to your Xbox 360, it helps but you should also get a disc cleaner and try cleaning up some of the scratches on it
